The problem
A district runs many programmes and offices in parallel: the new rural programme, OCOP products, local information, citizen reports. If each programme builds its own channel, residents have too many places to remember and the rollout cannot stay in step.
How it works

Gia Lâm số is a district-level Zalo Mini App that puts the programmes behind one entrance:
- District-wide connection: one app for many offices, instead of one channel per office.
- A coordinated rollout of the new rural programme on the same platform.
- Promotion of local OCOP products to residents and visitors.
- An administration dashboard for officers to update content and follow activity.
Residents open the app from a QR code or a link in Zalo, with nothing to install.
Who uses it
Residents and visitors find information, OCOP products and a way to send reports; district officers manage content and programmes through the dashboard.
